2008 Greenwood Freedom Festival Sponsorship Packages
Because this event is offered free to the community each year, the Festival is entirely dependent upon fundraising for its survival. We are actively seeking community sponsors for our 2008 Greenwood Freedom Festival, which is scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2008. This event draws more than Forty Thousand people from Greenwood, the Indianapolis South Side and surrounding regions, and is the largest festival of its kind in the local area. This free event offers a parade, arts & crafts, food and business vendors, live entertainment, music, Kids' Fair, fireworks and much, much more.
Silver Anniversary Sponsors ($5,000 each)
- Promoted as a title sponsor of the weekend.
- Banners throughout the City of Greenwood with corporate logo.
- Logo on all written materials.
- Logo on the Freedom Festival website (everyone is directed to the website for calendar of events and participation forms).
- Mentioned as a title sponsor on radio and/or TV advertisements.
- Parade entry and position for parade second only to the Grand Marshall (advance registration required).
- Street Fair booth during the day on Saturday (advance registration required).
- Booth on Saturday evening (advance registration required).
Event or Activity Sponsors ($2,500 each) (Sponsor chooses Friday Family Fun Night, Freedom Festival Parade, Old Town Street Fair, Entertainment Stages, Kid’s Fair or Information Booth)
- Identified as making a unique and specific contribution to a weekend event or activity (i.e. 2008 Greenwood Freedom Festival Parade presented by Sponsor Company shall be on all advertising).
- Banners throughout the City of Greenwood with corporate logo.
- Logo on all written materials.
- Logo on the Freedom Festival website (everyone is directed to the website for calendar of events and participation forms).
